The sixth edition of the International Food Technology Fair – Food Tech Expo took place on November 26-28, 2024 at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn. This is one of the most important events in the food technology industry in Poland. The fair attracted almost a hundred exhibitors and thousands of visitors interested in modern solutions in food processing.
Food Tech Expo is a platform for presenting the latest achievements in the field of food technologies. Exhibitors presented innovative machines, components, additives, packaging and technological lines dedicated to the food industry. These included intelligent solutions automating production processes, systems optimizing energy consumption and technologies supporting sustainable development.
The fair was full of numerous lectures and workshops, which were very popular among the participants. One of the key panels was the expert panel “Optimization of processes in a production plant as a response to the growing costs of running a business”. Specialists shared their knowledge on effective production management and the implementation of modern technologies to reduce costs.
Another important point of the program was the presentation of the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in the food sector. Participants could learn how AI can support production processes, quality control and logistics in the food industry.
On the first day of the fair, an awards ceremony for the best exhibitors was held. Honorable mentions were granted in three categories: Trade Fair Exposure, Innovation and Trade Fair Product. Food Tech Expo is not only presentations and lectures, but also an excellent opportunity to establish business contacts. Representatives of companies from the food industry had the opportunity to meet potential partners, suppliers and customers. This promoted the exchange of experiences and the search for new opportunities for cooperation.
The sixth edition of Food Tech Expo confirmed its position as a key event for the food technology sector in Poland. By presenting the latest achievements, inspiring lectures and networking opportunities, the fair contributed to the promotion of innovation and sustainable development in food processing.
The next edition of the fair is scheduled for November 25–27, 2025. The organizers are already inviting you to participate, promising even more innovations and inspiring meetings for professionals from the food industry.
In the last edition of the fair, we visited the stand of the company - just like last year - Leosmak (located in Wrocław, Lower Silesia), which produces professional freeze dryers.
