BUDMA and Windoor-Tech 2023, i.e. the International Construction and Architecture Fair

One of the most important industry events in Poland is behind us. The BUDMA and Windoor-Tech 2023 fairs have been an international symbol of meetings of companies from the roofing and construction industries for over thirty years. Windoor-Tech, on the other hand, is the only such large event in Central and Eastern Europe so far, which brings together professionals presenting technological innovations in the production of doors, windows, roller blinds, facades, etc. The exhibitions of over 600 exhibitors from around the world attracted many visitors with their innovations exhibition, which resulted in both the acquisition of potential customers and the completion of the transaction. Among the visitors there were industry and individual investors, specialists in particular industries, as well as students and students of construction schools. The BUDMA and Windoor-Tech 2023 fairs were marked by innovations focused on environmental protection.

Awards and badges

At such large-caliber events, MTP GROUPS award prizes in individual categories. This time, 25 companies received special distinctions in the GOLD MEDAL MTP BUDMA GROUP 2023 competition. The Head Office of Geodesy and Cartography (awarded by the BUDMA fair), during the four days of the fair, presented several innovations at its exhibition of the Ministry of Development and Technology. These were, among others: the use of 3D reality and ASG-EUPOS, as well as open spatial data on the pages of the geoportal.gov.pl website. An innovative 3D monitor was also presented at this stand. It is used to view GUGiK data, mainly aerial photos and point clouds in this technology.

During the event, we visited the exhibitions of the following companies:

• POL-PLAN Sp. z o.o. (Stęszew, Wielkopolskie Voivodeship), i.e. a global manufacturer of, among others, structures for tent, warehouse and industrial halls;

• ITC GARDEN Sp. z o. o. (Skarszewy, Pomorskie Voivodeship), i.e. a manufacturer of ecological fences in the form of ivy on the panel. The company also deals with hot-dip galvanizing and distribution of pianos.

• KUBU WELLNESS COMPANY (Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Mazowieckie Voivodeship), i.e. a manufacturer of saunas and garden tubs with an acrylic insert;

• KERA AWAK Sp. z o. o. (Buk, Wielkopolskie Voivodeship), i.e. a manufacturer of smoke extraction, ventilation and lighting systems for buildings;

• METAL-PLAST (Wałbrzych, Lower Silesian Voivodeship), i.e. a manufacturer of professional sharpeners for various types of knives, scissors and other sharp tools;

• ALPADAM Sp. z o. o. (Dębowa Łąka, Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship), i.e. a manufacturer of waterproof and anti-moisture insulation for the construction industry.

• F.H.U MAX-POL – (Wrocław, Lower Silesia Province), i.e. a manufacturer of professional breathalysers.

During the BUDMA and Windoor-Tech fairs, there were many formal and commercial meetings, in which company representatives exchanged knowledge, experience and presented novelties in their field.
