Invoxia presented a new wristband for monitoring the health of pets at CES 2024. The device, which resembles a smartband, is designed to monitor the heart rate, breathing rate and typical behavior of the pet. Thanks to built-in artificial intelligence, the band is able to detect any deviations from the norm, including atrial fibrillation. The collected data is then sent to the application, where the owner can find reports containing detailed information about the pet’s health.
Health monitoring
The Minitailz Smart Pet Tracker band is able to monitor the following pet health parameters:
- heart rate, because the band uses ECG technology to measure the pet’s heart rhythm, so the owner can check at any time whether his pet has a normal heart rhythm;
- breathing frequency, the band uses a motion sensor to measure the pet’s breathing frequency, which allows us to detect any abnormalities in the pet’s breathing that may indicate a disease;
- pet’s behavior, the device uses artificial intelligence algorithms to analyze the pet’s behavior, thanks to which the owner can detect any unusual behavior that may indicate a disease or behavioral problem.

The Minitailz Smart Pet Tracker wristband is now available for sale in a version intended for dogs. The cat version will be available on the market in March 2024. Both models cost $99, or approximately PLN 394. To use the device, you need to purchase an annual subscription of $129.95 (approx. PLN 517).
