BUDMA 2025 - Construction and Architecture Fair in Poznań
On 11–14 February 2025, the International Construction Fair BUDMA 2025 took place in Poznań – one of the most important events in the construction industry in Europe. Every year, this fair attracts professionals from all over the world, providing an excellent opportunity to present innovative products, technologies and solutions that shape the future of construction.
BUDMA 2025 was an excellent opportunity to present new products and solutions adapted to changing market trends. The exhibitors included both manufacturers of building materials and specialists in the field of installations, energy technologies, as well as architecture and design. During the four days of the fair, visitors could familiarize themselves with a wide range of products, tools and construction machines. Importantly, many of these products focus on ecology, sustainable development and energy saving, which meets the current requirements of the construction market.
The most important innovations presented at the fair included, among others, modern building management systems, intelligent solutions for energy management, building materials that reduce energy consumption and technologies supporting sustainable development. 3D technology in the production of building elements, photovoltaic systems and building automation solutions gained particular recognition among visitors.
Sustainable Construction Forum
The BUDMA 2025 trade fair also included many substantive events aimed at discussing the most important challenges facing the construction industry. In particular, the Green Building Forum attracted many experts who discussed sustainable construction and energy efficiency of buildings. Topics covered during the lectures also concerned innovative solutions in the field of building materials and energy efficiency. This is a particularly important topic in the face of global challenges related to climate change, which have a direct impact on the development of the construction sector.
Architectural Challenges: Prefabrication and Design
BUDMA 2025 also became a place where architects and designers could present the latest solutions in building design. The fair was a platform for modern ideas in architecture, and the Archi-Strada event gained recognition among participants. For four days, meetings, debates and lectures on sustainable architecture and the use of wood in construction were held.
Prefabrication – the construction of building elements in factories and then their transport to the construction site – became one of the most important topics of the fair. Prefabricated systems allow for time and cost savings, as well as minimizing the impact of construction on the environment. More and more investors and designers appreciate the benefits of prefabrication, including shortening the construction cycle, better quality of workmanship and greater energy efficiency.
Workshops and training
The BUDMA 2025 trade fair also includes numerous workshops and practical training. Over the course of four days, numerous sessions were held on modern construction technologies, including workshops on new assembly methods, finishing techniques and the use of new tools. Participants could take part in practical classes that allowed them to improve their professional qualifications.
The BUDMA trade fair also became an important event for professionals looking for new solutions in the field of building materials, tools or technologies. The participants included people associated with the broadly understood construction industry, from developers, through investors, to representatives of contractors.
Business zone - development of international contacts
BUDMA 2025 is also a place where numerous business events took place. The Business Forward zone was dedicated to construction entrepreneurs who could establish contact with representatives of companies from different countries. It is an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences, establish cooperation and get to know the trends prevailing in other parts of Europe and the world.
PREFTEC – Modern prefabrication for BUDMA 2025
PREFTEC is a new accompanying event to the BUDMA trade fair, which was presented in 2025. It is a platform that brings together manufacturers and specialists in the field of prefabrication. The PREFTEC trade fair was a particularly interesting event for companies dealing with prefabricated building elements. Modern prefabrication technologies are the future of the construction industry and are widely used in various segments of construction, from residential to industrial.
The BUDMA 2025 International Construction Fair in Poznań was one of the most exciting events in the construction industry in Europe. It offered not only a wide range of products, but also a rich substantive program, numerous workshops and conferences, which allowed participants to gain valuable knowledge and establish business contacts. Sustainable development, modern technologies, prefabrication and energy efficiency were the main topics of the trade fair, which became an inspiration for the construction industry.
BUDMA 2025 showed how dynamically the construction sector is developing and what innovations are crucial for the future of this industry. During the event, we visited the exhibition of the company INSTAL DIAMENT (based in Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship), which presented its groundbreaking product at the fair, which won the Gold Medal in the Innovative Product category! 🏆
